One of the best games Ive played. The developers kept it basic and simple, yet its very fun. I definitely see the replay value here. Any chance for more expansions? Thank you for this game! Note: there is a bug which causes the game to crash in the middle of battle. Happening in the 3rd act.

My best turn based game! Not supported Retina Display. But the exciting is for sure. Do not judge graphics only.

In an app store with far more misses than hits, this is a strong hit. Its initial simplicity is misleading as this game is extremely well designed, balanced and clearly play-tested. Skill upgrade decisions and party mix choices are meaningful and battles require usage of various tactics and abilities. Ill echo the charm of its graphic simplicity. Ive got plenty of bad games that look great. Ill take this one instead, thanks.

Cuts out the story in favor of extremely fast pace strategy. No bugs other than a couple of trivial typos here and there. Great to see such a well done independent game. Ive plate many many hours.

Ive spent 100+ dollars in the app store and this has, by far, been the game I have put the most time in to. The game is ridiculously customizable, the combination of items and skills can turn each of the many classes into many different roles (tanky damage, anti range/melee/special, stamina drainer, multi-ability nuker, and sooooo many more). This game is more than worth its price, sad it has such little popularity.

Best app Ive gotten so far, cant wait to see future expansions. I just wish I could name my warriors, 2 Reubens are enough.

This is one game I have a hard time putting down

I hardly ever write reviews but this game was worth the 99 cents. Yah the graphics look weird but the game play is really fun and the depth of the custom warriors/team is really nice. Id say break bread and get it. I stayed up all night lastnight playing this for like 7 hours stright and Im still in what seems to be act 1. There is also a Lil expansion for a few more warriors too. I got that as well the ranger is kool unit. Sweet tactic game with lots of replay value and hours worth of playtime and customization

This type of game never goes out of style. I like playing these games that are throw backs to an earlier phase in the evolution of video games, but manage to take advantage of modern technology. This title definately does that.

This game, though the graphics are ever so minimalistic, is in the same tier of quality as any top app. The reminisce of final fantasy tactics, mixed with a chess-style gameplay? Makes for a great game. It seems easy at first, though, youll need to think out a lot of combinations and such. Rarely would I actually take the time to review; this is that exception!

Great game, a lot of "one more turn, cant put it down" and replayability. Would love to see more expansions, more maps, more battle types, characters, skills, and maybe more ipad friendly..

I was looking for a strategy game that involved building up your characters and this was it. With challenging levels and many opportunities to design your characters and party structures. This game will keep you hooked.

A true gamer dont need great graphics to really enjoy the game. Gameplay is the most important thing. And this game has it!
